Penhaligons Luna & Elizabethan Rose : 펜할리곤스 루나 & 엘리자베단 로즈

펜할리곤스가 정식으로 한국에 론칭하기 전에 면세점 찬스로 구매해 사용했던 향수입니다. 

펜할리곤스는 주로 우디/모시/ 그린 노트를 선호하던 제게 플로럴/프루티 향의 매력을 알려준 브랜드인데요! 

독특하게도 주로 발랄하고 페미닌한 분위기를 더하기 위해 사용되는 플로럴과 프루티 노트들을 묵직하고 고급스럽게 잘 표현합니다. 

향마다 다른 패키지 디테일도 재미있어서 컬렉터의 수집욕구를 자극하기도 합니다.

Luna 🌙

You might imagine something floral and feminine by looking at the description of the notes. 

But I would say that Luna is one of the most unique and unusual ones among my collections. 

The fragrance opens up with fresh and zingy top notes of bergamot, lemon, and orange but the jasmine in the heart note softens the brightness of the citrus family soon after. 

The vibrant citrus notes are very much dominant but the musk and the amber of the base notes add deepness to the overall impression of the scent - which makes it more suitable for colder weather despite its citrus notes.

Elizabethan Rose 🌹

Elizabethan Rose starts out pretty spicy. 

I'm usually not a fan of spiciness, especially of the pepper- but the spiciness here is not too overwhelming but really brightens up the rosy and musky notes. 

Rosy notes blended with heavy base notes like musk is a very common combination but the sweetness of black currant and the Hazelnut from the top note makes this scent so unique and special. The longevity is wonderful - as most Penhaligon's perfumes do- and suits all four seasons.
